Personalized & Quality Learning
Students work by pair for 4-5 hours per lab activity, and 4 hours during lectures. Maximum class size is 12 students per class only.
All recipes intended to be completed for the whole duration of the course will be done by all students by pair as opposed to subdividing recipes to different groups of 3 to 4 members.
Get NCII Certified (Bread & Pastry Production)
Upon completion of the course, 160 hrs. OJT, and passing of assessment exam from an accredited TESDA testing center, students will get NCII Certification for Bread & Pastry Production.

Class Intake: January 2019
Schedule : Saturday or Sunday (weekends), Monday-Tuesday (weekday)
Duration : 5 mos. (3.5 mos. in-house training, 2.5 internship w/ industry)
Time : 9am - 1pm
Inclusions : All ingredients, chef uniform, recipe handouts, & certificate
