  1. Application Form

    Please complete the application form and send it with the following documents:

    • NSO Birth Certificate
    • 4pcs. 1x1 I.D colored picture with collar and white background
    • 4pcs. passport size picture with collar and white background
    • High School Card / F138-A (for High School Graduates)
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character (for High School Graduates)
    • Honorable Dismissal (for College Graduates)
    • Transcript of Records (for College Graduates)
    • Medical Certificate
  2. Scheduled Interview

    After the submission of application form and documents, you will be called for an interview after 2-3 days.

  3. Payment

    Total fee includes tuition, recipe handouts/recipe manual/book, set of chef uniforms/custom aprons, all ingredients needed for classes, and access to all kitchen equipment and toolkits.

  4. Admission’s Timeline

    There is no specific application deadline for admissions. Admissions are conducted on a monthly basis for all of our professional programs.
