Chef Sime

A graduate of the Philippine School of Culinary Arts (PSCA) Cebu with a Diploma in Baking & Pastry Arts, Chef Sime has trained with distinguished international chefs abroad, further developing her expertise in bread, pastry, viennoiserie, chocolate, and confectionery. With 15 years of experience as a baking instructor and six years managing a micro baking commissary, she brings extensive professional, international, and teaching experience to PAAP students.
