A graduate of the Pastry Arts Academy of the Philippines with a Diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts, Chef Mych specializes in cake and pastry creation, decoration, and bread making. With international experience preparing meals, breads, and pastries at Malta International Airport, Chef Mych now shares this expertise as a Baking Instructor while also owning and managing Mych Cakes & Pastries.
