Chef Gail

A graduate of the two-year Culinary Arts Program at SDSBTC, Chef Gail specializes in bread and specialty cake production. With experience as a Head Pastry Chef and R&D Chef Consultant, Chef Gail has been a Baking & Pastry Chef Instructor at PAAP since 2017. Chef Gail is also an award-winning culinary professional, earning the Highest Silver Award for Filipino Cuisine and a Bronze Award in the Local Seafood Category at the Mindanao Culinary Cup.
